Last Day

The team traveled yesterday from our closing celebration in Veracruz to Chetumal for dinner at the 'famous' Dios Taco's then headed to Bacalar for the night. This morning we traveled to San Isidro, site of the first water purification system as well as other mission trips in previous years. We were joined by Susan and the entire Edumunds-Linnares family for a special visit that included a tour of the very successful water purification system. We were also treated to fresh oranges and corn-on-the-con with chili powder and lime! We have now arrived in Playa Del Carmen for a little (hot) R&R before heading home tomorrow morning. Thank you all for your prayers during this incredible mission experience. Please continue praying for safe travels tomorrow and please know we have prayed for all of you daily as well.

Last day at the mission site

Today is the teams last day at the mission site. Please keep them in prayer as they are tired and will have to say some goodbyes today. They will have a small celebration as they rejoice in the week that they have had and the relationships that they have established. They begin their journey up to their departure point but first a stop in Chetumal for dinner and then to Laguna Bacalar for the evening.
